1. TV stuck on logo screen
What you'll see: The manufacturer logo appears on startup and the TV never gets past it, sometimes restarting in a loop.
Why it happens: Corrupted firmware, a failed storage chip on the mainboard, or a mainboard hardware fault interrupting the boot sequence.
How we fix it: We attempt a firmware recovery first (the cheaper, faster fix when it applies), and only proceed to mainboard repair or replacement if the fault is confirmed hardware.
2. No response to remote or buttons
What you'll see: The TV is powered on (backlight visible, sound plays) but does not respond to the remote or the physical buttons.
Why it happens: A failed IR receiver circuit on the mainboard, corrupted firmware, or the board hung in a fault state.
How we fix it: We test the IR sensor independently of the mainboard, then power-cycle and firmware-check before condemning the board — many "no response" faults are a five-minute fix.

3. Distorted or corrupted image
What you'll see: Blocky artefacts, wrong colours, a shifted or scrambled picture across all sources — not just one HDMI input.
Why it happens: A failing video processing chip on the mainboard, or a connector between the mainboard and the panel working loose.
How we fix it: We isolate whether the fault follows the source (points to the mainboard) or is source-specific (points to that HDMI input), then repair the confirmed fault.
4. TV restarts or freezes randomly
What you'll see: The TV works, then freezes or reboots itself with no pattern — sometimes during a specific app, sometimes at random.
Why it happens: Overheating on the mainboard, a marginal power rail feeding it, or corrupted smart-platform software.
How we fix it: We check power delivery to the board first (a power-board fault often masquerades as a mainboard fault), then address ventilation, firmware or the board itself as the evidence points.

5. No image processing on any input
What you'll see: Every HDMI input, the tuner and every app show the same blank/black/error state — the fault follows the TV, not the source.
Why it happens: A failed mainboard, or a failed connection between the mainboard and the panel's T-Con board.
How we fix it: We test the panel and T-Con independently to rule those out, then repair or replace the mainboard with the model-correct part.
