Our story
Built to do TV repair properly
TV Repairing Guru was founded on a simple observation: most TV "repairs" that fail again within months were never properly diagnosed in the first place — a part swapped on a guess instead of a confirmed fault, or a repair sold on a TV that was never worth fixing to begin with. Both cost the customer money for nothing.
So we built the opposite: technicians who diagnose with proper test equipment before quoting anything, a fixed price for the confirmed fault — not a moving "diagnostic fee" — and an honest repair-vs-replace call every time, even when that call costs us the job. If the honest answer is a free software fix or a two-minute settings check, we say so — no charge for advice.
