These terms apply to work quoted and carried out by TV Repairing Guru.
Quotations. All quotes are fixed and itemised once issued, valid for the period stated on the quote (7 days unless otherwise agreed), and based on the property information provided at the time. Unforeseen site conditions discovered once work begins will be discussed with you before any additional cost is incurred.
Payment. Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty. All workmanship is warrantied for 12 months from the date of repair. This covers the specific fault we diagnosed and fixed (the part fitted and the labour to fit it) and does not extend the manufacturer's warranty on hardware, which is handled separately on your behalf where applicable.
Access. For on-site repairs, you confirm you have the authority to have work carried out at the property. For drop-off or collection repairs, you confirm you are the owner of the TV or are authorised by the owner to have it repaired.
Cancellation. Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice at no charge; cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee.
