Information submitted through our quote and contact forms is used to contact you about your enquiry, schedule work, and — where you've agreed — send you service reminders.
We do not sell your information to third parties. Where we use third-party tools (email delivery, SMS/WhatsApp notifications, mapping), your information is shared only as needed to provide those services.
Where a TV is left with us for repair, any personal data stored on the set itself (smart TV app logins, Wi-Fi credentials, streaming accounts) is your responsibility to remove or secure beforehand where practical; our technicians access only what is needed to diagnose and test the confirmed fault.
