What you'll notice
Parts of the screen are noticeably darker than others, or the whole picture looks washed out and dim.
Why it happens
One or more failed LEDs within a backlight zone (common on Mini-LED sets), or a backlight strip losing brightness with age.
How we fix it
We test each zone/strip individually and replace only the failed section where the design allows — full replacement only where the panel design requires it.
