What you'll notice
Pressing any button on the remote does nothing, even with a fresh battery and a clear line of sight.
Why it happens
A failed IR sensor inside the TV, a remote that has genuinely failed, or (on newer models) a Bluetooth pairing fault.
How we fix it
We test with a known-good remote/app control to isolate TV vs remote, then repair the IR sensor or re-pair Bluetooth as the fault demands.
