Terms of Service

By using TechPro SA’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service Warranty

All workmanship carries a 12-month warranty from the date of completion. This covers defects in our installation work but does not cover damage caused by external factors, misuse, or power surges. Equipment warranties are honoured as per the manufacturer’s terms.

Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Quotes are valid for 14 days. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept EFT, cash, and card payments.

Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
