Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to make changes.
How do I pay for services?

We accept EFT (bank transfer), cash, and card payments (at the technician or via payment link). Payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger projects, we can arrange a 50% deposit with the balance on completion.

Will my gate motor work during load shedding?

Yes — we include a battery backup with every gate motor installation. The battery keeps your gate operating normally during power outages, typically for 40-60 open/close cycles. We also offer upgraded high-capacity batteries for extended backup.

Can I view my CCTV cameras from my phone?

Absolutely. All our CCTV installations include remote viewing setup on your smartphone. You can watch live footage, receive motion alerts, play back recordings, and even speak through cameras with two-way audio — all from an app on your phone, anywhere in the world.

How do CCTV cameras work during load shedding?

We install UPS battery backup units with our CCTV systems to keep your cameras recording during load shedding. The DVR/NVR and cameras continue operating for 4-8 hours depending on the backup capacity you choose.

Are your technicians accredited?

Yes, all our technicians are fully certified, background-checked, and experienced. Our DSTV installers are MultiChoice-accredited, our electricians are qualified and registered, and all team members carry proper identification and arrive in branded vehicles.

What warranty do you provide?

All our workmanship comes with a 12-month warranty. This covers any defects in our installation work. Equipment warranties are honoured as per the manufacturer’s terms. If anything goes wrong with our work, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes! We offer same-day service for most jobs, subject to availability. Book before 12pm for the best chance of a same-day appointment. Emergency services (no signal, security down, gate failure) are prioritised for same-day response.

How much does DSTV installation cost?

Our standard DSTV installation starts from R850, which includes dish mounting, alignment, cable routing, and decoder setup. ExtraView installations start from R1,200. We provide a fixed quote before starting — no hidden fees.
