What you'll notice
The standby LED glows normally, but pressing power does nothing — no backlight, no sound, no boot sequence.
Why it happens
The standby rail on the power board is healthy but the main rail (which powers the mainboard and backlight) has failed, or the mainboard itself is not sending a start signal.
How we fix it
We measure each rail under load to isolate power-board vs mainboard, then repair the actual fault rather than guessing.
